Keys to See

While contemplating the dream I was given last night, I heard in my Spirit, “Organized mayhem is no place for you, hang onto the keys so you have a way out and a way home.”

The historical definition of Mayhem is “the crime of maliciously injuring or maiming

someone, originally so as to render the victim defenseless.”

Brothers and sisters in Christ, hear me… what is coming to pass will attempt to sweep us off our feet. We will need to be so grounded in our identity, who we are in Jesus Christ, that even when it is used against us by the government, we must not waiver in our faith rooted in our relationship in him.

Our love for Jesus and our relationship with him are our keys to see what is happening in his Kingdom, and no formalized religion or teaching will be strong enough to fix our heart and mind on him when everything turns to chaos and mayhem around us. Do not be rendered defenseless.

The rulers do not know nor do they understand; They walk on in the darkness [of complacent satisfaction]; All the foundations of the earth [the fundamental principles of the administration of justice] are shaken. I said, “You are gods; Indeed, all of you are sons of the Most High. Nevertheless you will die like men And fall like any one of the princes.” Arise, O God, judge the earth! For to You belong all the nations. – Psalms 82:5-8 AMP

Know the weapons that God has gifted his children with, and ride in freedom on the wings of Holy Spirit, who is there to guide and teach us. Many of us raised in traditional religion and organized churches have somehow been conditioned to fear Holy Spirit and the book of Revelations, and conversations rooted in fear of anyone or anything other than our Almighty God have rendered us defenseless and dependent on a priest or pastor to guide us.

We each have the responsibility to choose who we will follow to the end of our days and the end of time as we know it. Will you choose to follow administration? Will you choose to follow the culture of the world? Or will you choose to follow your Lord, Jesus Christ?

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. – Ephesians 6:10-18 NIV
